What happens to what you submit

What is stored

The email you send, the survey link, screenshots taken during the check and the findings. Raw emails and links are encrypted on disk.

How long

Without an account, everything is deleted automatically 24 hours after your last submission. Reports you save to a free account are kept for 90 days after your last check. You can delete a report at any time. After deletion we keep only anonymous counts (for example how many checks ran and how long they took), never survey content, addresses or links.

Who can see it

Only people with your private link, and people you give a share link. Share links can be revoked and can have a password. Shared reports never include the raw email, its headers or the survey link token.

AI review

Question texts, answer options and the invitation text are sent to a language model with email addresses, phone numbers and link tokens removed first. The provider is instructed not to retain or train on the data. Headers, addresses and cookies are never sent.

Your survey

The checker opens survey links in an isolated browser, answers with obviously fake test data and never presses the final submit button. Analytics and ad trackers on the survey page are blocked. Surveys that save answers page by page may keep a partial test response, so use a preview or test link where you can.

Your email

Messages sent to a test address are never forwarded or replied to. Attachments that could carry malware are not opened; the message is quarantined and reported instead.

What the report cannot tell you

It does not guarantee inbox placement, statistical validity, accessibility conformance or legal compliance. It shows likely problems with the evidence behind each one.
